At Gmoda, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To provide clarity and transparency regarding our return and refund process, please review the following policy:
Exchange Only Policy: We only offer exchanges for items purchased from Gmoda. We do not provide refunds. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team within three (3) days of receiving your order.
Three-Day Exchange Window: To be eligible for an exchange, you must initiate the exchange process within three (3) days of the delivery date as confirmed by our shipping carrier. Any requests for exchanges made after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all exchange requests.
Process for Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team via Gmodaofficial@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.
- Provide details about the item you wish to exchange, including the order number and reason for exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process, including instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process your exchange request promptly.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs for returning the item for exchange are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our return policy criteria.
